[iPhone God App] It was found using the SG Condo Buyers Toolkit actually

Lately, the Singapore property market has undergone a series of cooling measures. These cooling measures (ABSD, TDSR) have made financing a property more complex. The SG Condo Buyers Toolkit is specifically developed to help potential condo buyers exercise prudence in their property purchase, and assist them in financial planning.

Features:
1. Progressive Payment Schedule Calculation (for new launches):
- (Bonus!) Fill in your cash and CPF OA, and the app will calculate if you have enough for the property purchase or how much more you need!
- Email the calculation to yourself for future reference or to your spouse/partner for discussion. (Note: Email account has to be set up on the phone)
- (New in this version!) Computes SPR and Foreigner ABSD
- (New feature!) Save the calculation on your phone for future reference!

4. Rental Yield Calculator:
Calculates the rental yield of your property based on the purchase price, monthly rental and related expenses.

5. Saved Projects: (New in this version!)
Save your calculations for future reference. Tag it to a project with its unit number, floor size, TOP date, photos (I use this to store the floor plan, site plan and showroom design :) ), agent to contact and notes (This is where I add in info that are important to me. Eg. facing, unblocked view, open kitchen etc).
