IMPORTANT USER TIPS
1. Move your favorite stores to the top of the lists by tapping the black stars on the right side of the store names.
2. For Pre-Orders or Orders with Friends where no store menu exists, use Any Restaurant, Any Pizzeria or Any Coffee Shop.
3. Pre-Order simple instructions: select a restaurant menu, choose the food items and options for yourself by tapping Add, then click on My Order to view full list. Show your screen at the counter or drive-thru. Click on Save For Later if you want to reuse the list in the future.
4. Order with Friends instructions:
a. Select a restaurant menu, choose the food items and options for yourself by tapping Add, then click on My Order to view full list
b. Click on Order with Friends, select New, enter your name, and an Order ID will appear
c. Click on Email Friend or Text Friend, enter addresses for your friends, hit Send which gives them the restaurant and the Order ID. Also, if they do not have our app, a link is provided to download and install a free version.
d. Your friends will enter their food lists for that restaurant into our app, tap Order with Friends, enter the Existing Order ID you sent and their names. Their orders will appear on everyone’s screens within 15 seconds.
e. Show the screen at the counter or drive-thru to speed you through OR if a store offers on-line ordering, click Order Online and a convenient split screen is provided for you to enter everyone’s food list into that store's on-line order system.
