Move to measureFlying Ruler

[iPhone God App] It was found using the Move to measureFlying Ruler actually

Flying Ruler is a tape measure, ruler, protractor and a goniometer (angle-measurer). It is four devices in one app, providing you with the quickest way to measure a distance or an angle.
The Flying Ruler app allows you to measure in the most original way: by just moving your device from one point to another.

*** Top 5 in 41 countries in the App Store utilities category ***

The secret of the program is that it is based on the principles of the inertial navigational system (INS): the position of the device is determined with the help of the accelerometer and the gyroscope. You can not only measure an object but also the distance between two walls.

*** Only on iOS ***

WORKING MODES:

The app has different modes so you can choose which mode is better and easier to use on each occasion. You can measure with the body of the device in one mode or with a virtual ruler in another. You use the same methods to measure angles as the app allows you to measure angles both on a surface area and between surfaces through space.
Don’t forget to show your friends and colleagues how the app works – believe us, they will be impressed.

ACCURACY STATISTICS AFTER 100 CONSECUTIVE MEASUREMENTS:

∙ Mean squared error - 2,06%
∙ Maximum inaccuracy noted in measurement - 4.8%
∙ Number of measurements where inaccuracy was within 1% - 34
∙ Number of measurements where inaccuracy was within 2% - 62
∙ Number of measurements where inaccuracy was within 3% - 90
∙ Number of measurements where inaccuracy was within 4% - 96

If measuring carefully, inaccuracy is rarely more than 4 %. You can always increase accuracy by making a series of measurements - the app automatically works out the average measurement. If you make a series of measurements, the degree of accuracy is usually to within 1 to 2 %. When measuring angles, the degree of accuracy is usually to within one degree.
The app also allows you to save a measurement by taking a photograph of the measurement and mark the place that was measured.

POSSIBLE REASONS FOR MEASUREMENT INACCURACIES:

1. If the telephone often loses connection then the phone will repeatedly try and restore connection and slow down the reception of data from sensors. To solve this problem, switch the telephone to airplane mode.
2. If an app is on in the background eg Skype, then that will take up a certain amount of telephone’s processing power and slow down the reception of data from the sensors. Turn off any additional apps when you use Flying Ruler.
3. Inaccurate measurements can be caused by sharp, jerky movements or conversely, if you move the phone very slowly then accuracy could decrease. Don’t keep the phone in your hand at the start and end of the measurement.
4. Theoretically, certain tweaks from Cydia can decrease accuracy as they are using undocumented functions. In these cases, we cannot guarantee the accuracy mentioned above.

NOTE:

If the red ring around the start button does not appear in two seconds, then that means you have to do basic calibration again.
If you are getting inaccurate results then the first thing to do is to look at the video guide on our website. If you still are having problems, then contact our tech support team via our website.
