Vedic Astrology Computer is a simple application for Vedic astrologers and students to cast Jyotish charts, and to calculate corresponding values and periods on the go. The list of features include:

- South Indian, North Indian, and East Indian chart styles
- Divisional Charts: D2, D3, D4, D7, D9, D10, D12, D16, D20, D24, D27, D30, D40, D45, D60
- Vimshottari dasha periods (up to Pratyantar dasha)
- Planet positions in Nakshatras
- Ephemeris
- Chara Karakas
- Tithi, Yoga, Karana, Sunrise, Sunset calculations
- Retrograde planets indicator
- Chart for current time, current place
- MapKit integration to find geographical coordinates on the map
- Charts manager with simple database

Basic knowledge of Jyotish is required to interpret the calculated data and charts.

Time zone values are absolute. Daylight savings are not handled automatically. If DST is in effect add 1:00 to your time zone value.

The application uses Lahiri ayanamsa to calculate planet positions.

There are a few gestures you can use. Swipe an entry in the charts list to delete that chart. Double tap on the chart picture to edit the chart or to refresh Here & Now chart. Left swipe on the chart picture to choose from different Divisional charts.
