Binaural beats are great and they work for most people but we found that other methods tend to be more effective and more flexible, such as Isochronic tones.
Technical Description of isochronic beats:
Isochronic tones are regular beats of a single tone used for brainwave entrainment. The interference pattern that produces the beat is outside the brain so headphones are not required (use with a dock), but since isochronic tones are more pronounced, the stimuli is even stronger with the use of headphones/ear buds.

I find this really helpful for relieving headaches, sleep induction & perking myself up when lethargic. I only wish I could set the timer for two or three hours (not just one or infinite)

Perfect for mates of those who would like to sleep with the electric fan on all night in the middle of winter! I'm going to try it as an alternative to listening to the tamboura for variety in meditation. I'd like it even more if the volume could be increased though.

I love this work (nice one, Jakub). Having a fade out on the timer would be the icing on the cake. Is that on the cards or not?

This app has definitely helped me relax. Beautifully designed (I especially like the bamboo background sound). I would like more background sounds though - such as rain, windchimes, rain on tin roof, Tibetan bowls etc).

Me and my fiancée loved the first mindwave and this one is even better! It's awesome being able to dock your phone and listen through stereos too :) And best of all, we both find that it really does work for us :) might not work for everyone I guess, but we certainly think it works for us Keep up the good work!
