It is a great simple tool to use. It provides a good external motivating tool. I was surprised at only 3 days per week i would have thought 5 or 6 but rest days added makes sense.

I found this app great I'm only on week 2 and I feel great and it's helping me with my weight; one problem though it's not explained how often to do it though from what I can gather you do it every second day as to give your muscles a break.

I like the idea, i think it will work, but it is very confusing. Are we ment to be doing 1 day 3x?? There's only 3days in 1 week, what are we ment to do??? Go onto week 2? Good app, very cheep :)
